PSA E-Certificate Ordering Page
Reminders before proceeding:
- Check with the end-user first if they will accept an e-Apostille and a PSA e-Certificate
- All PSA Certificates requested via this platform will be sent directly to the DFA-OCA in electronic (E-Cert) form.
- Upon the fulfillment and payment of your PSA request, you will be notified through email and SMS that your request has been forwarded to the DFA-OCA.
- You will then receive another email notification containing your electronic apostille (E-Apostille).
- Email notifications will be sent to the same email address used during your e-Cert application.

PSA requests made through this portal are for e-Apostille use only. No hard copy of PSA certificates will be delivered. If you need to apply for a hard copy of your PSA certificate, not for e-Apostille, click here to place an order.
How to Order:

Click the Order E-cert button
STEP 2
Follow the ordering process. Provide all the correct and complete information and take note of your order's Reference Number
STEP 3
Pay for the order through any of the available payment channels
STEP 4
Wait for the notifications confirming the receipt of your E-Cert by the DFA-OCA and the issuance of your E-Apostille.
